~LIMITED SPOTS, BOOK AHEAD!~
Boarding at Price Dog Training and Boarding is intentionally kept small, with limited availability so every dog receives the individual attention, care, and enrichment they deserve. When your dog stays with Paige, they’re treated like one of her own—not just another dog in a boarding facility.
You’ll receive frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout their stay, so you can see what they’re up to and know they’re happy and well cared for. Each dog’s stay is tailored to their individual personality, needs, and comfort level, with plenty of mental and physical enrichment throughout the day.
One of the biggest benefits of boarding in a smaller, home-based environment is the individual attention each dog receives. Because Paige gets to know the dogs in her care, changes in their normal behavior, appetite, energy, or routine may be easier to notice. If something seems off, she’ll communicate with you and work with you to determine what your dog may need—because you know your dog best.
Days here aren’t spent sitting in a kennel or run. Depending on the dog, they may enjoy individual adventures, training and enrichment, playtime with appropriate dog friends, or time outside in our fully fenced 3-acre property. In the summer, that might mean breaking out the kiddie pools!
The goal is simple: for your dog to feel safe, fulfilled, and well cared for while you’re away—and for you to feel completely comfortable leaving them here.
Before their first boarding stay, a complimentary 30-minute meet and greet with you and your dog is required. Meet and greets are typically held at a public location in Duvall, although the location can be flexible for clients traveling from farther away.
Your dog must also complete at least a half-day of daycare before boarding. This gives them a chance to become familiar with Paige, the home environment, and the resident dogs while also allowing Paige to see how your dog adjusts and behaves away from you. The goal is to make their first overnight stay as comfortable and familiar as possible.
Dogs must be comfortable settling in a crate. For the safety of your dog, other dogs, and the home, dogs are crated whenever they cannot be directly supervised.
Dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Vaccination records must be uploaded to your Gingr profile before boarding or daycare.
Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs. Limited accommodations may be available for dogs who prefer their own space or cannot safely interact with other dogs. Please discuss this with Paige before booking.
Your dog doesn’t need to be a social butterfly, but they must be able to safely build a relationship with Paige within a reasonable amount of time. Some dogs may benefit from additional daycare visits, training, or a trial overnight before an extended stay to help them become comfortable.
One benefit of boarding in Paige’s home is consistency of care—your dog is handled by Paige rather than rotating between multiple employees throughout their stay.
Please bring a flat collar with current ID tags, including at least one phone number where you can be reached.
Please bring the equipment your dog normally wears or is walked in, such as a harness, slip lead, prong collar, or e-collar.
Please provide enough of your dog’s regular food and any medications for their entire stay, plus a few extra meals in case of an unexpected change in plans or emergency. If your dog has food allergies or is picky with treats, please provide appropriate treats as well.
If this is your dog’s first time away from you—or their first stay with Paige—you’re welcome to bring a blanket that smells like home, as long as your dog will not shred or ingest it. A safe, long-lasting chew, such as a Benebone or Kong, may also be brought for crate time.
Bowls, crates, bedding, toys, and other everyday boarding essentials are provided during your dog’s stay.
